Monday 12.00-13.00 – Mixed ability mat Pilates – £8 per class or discount for term bookings

All abilities welcome to class, the perfect way to focus on core strength, posture, increasing flexibility and range of movement. Free parking on site and bring a mat if you have one.

Tuesday 11.30-12.30 – Post natal Pilates class – 6 week course (babies welcome) £84

Wednesday 11.00-12.00 – Post natal Pilates class – 6 week course (babies welcome) £84

This post natal 6 week course focuses on re aligning the body’s posture after pregnancy and birth, strengthening pelvic floor and core muscles as well as helping to close abdominal wall separation.

Babies are welcome to join for classes, meet other new mum’s in the area and grab an hour to focus on you and your body.

Private at home sessions from £50 – Personally tailored to meet your aims and objectives.

Corporate business classes (lunch time/ after work) £60 – Can focus on specifics such as mobility, lower back pain and stretching to help ease the symptoms caused from office working or being on your feet all day!

Riverside Rebels

Fun & Friendly Beginners Running Group

Voted Elmbridge Sports Club of the Year 2016 and Elmbridge Sports Team of the Year 2017, Riverside Rebels is a fun and friendly running group created specifically for beginners.

Sessions are designed for people of all shapes and sizes who want to laugh, learn and run together in a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere.

The 10 week 0-5k programme is perfect for complete beginners or those of you who might have tried before but struggled alone and given up.  With a combination of fun exercises, walking and running, over the course of 10 weeks it will take you from sofa to superstar with manageable and enjoyable sessions you can take at your own pace.

All4Pilates

Whether you’re looking to improve your posture, strength, balance, mobility and flexibility, reduce pain and/or stress relief or simply looking to keep fit in a small, fun group environment then All4Pilates can certainly help you achieve this.

Classes are tailored and suitable for complete beginners to those looking to improve their Pilates skills.
