We are always on the lookout for imaginative and quirky members of the Elmbridge Community…
A short while ago our attention was caught by a social media post from ‘Enigma Salvage – an Emporium for Everyday’ so we couldn’t resist getting in touch with the founders and finding out a little more!
We are Enigma Salvage based in Walton Road West Molesey.
Our shop is an emporium of everyday items, with, we hope, something for everyone.
We have been busy carrying out house clearances during lockdown and have an amazing variety of goods.
From furniture to books, wooden spoons to evening dresses. Linen and sewing items.
We sell electrical items, all P.A.T. tested by my husband Paul, who is a qualified electrician.
We will accept any unwanted goods that you can not dispose of and hopefully, they can be re-loved by someone else.
We offer a collection and delivery service.
In the future we hope to be able to sell items on your behalf on a commission basis, right now we have very little space!
Come and see us and find a treasure or a bargain.
We are a completely user friendly environment with absolutely no pressure to buy, just visit and browse.
Have a chat and meet the team.
Paul and I used to run a large, successful charity shop in Hampton Hill.
During lockdown we reevaluated our lives, like a lot of people and decided we would like to do a similar job, but for ourselves … be our own bosses for a change!
Planned changes at work compounded this decision and we thought ‘now or never ‘.
We really enjoy helping the community and sourcing good quality, affordable items for people.
Also being very aware of our landfill problems we think reloving everyday items is definitely the way forward.
We hope you can pay us a visit soon!
