Hi, I’m Melissa

I’m a qualified personal trainer who can help you find the best approach to suit you and help you achieve your goals.

With my years in the corporate world behind me, I understand how the stresses of office life can take its toll on our bodies, fitness and self esteem.

I combine my experience of working in nutrition and weight management together with my love of fitness and injury rehabilitation, and can provide you with a well-rounded, personalised, empathetic approach to help you get to where you want to be and help you stay there.

Summer Circuits at Whiteley Village

Fun workouts for adults and children (7+)

Open to adults and also adults coming with children aged 7(ish – it’s a guide age) and above.

29th July to 4th September – Mondays 10:00 and Wednesday 09:30

Many of my clients are mums and their exercise takes a nose-dive during the school holidays. My circuits sessions mean mums (and dads) can exercise with their kids which not only is great fun and keeps them all fit, it’s a great bonding experience that doesn’t cost the earth (£8 adults, £3 children).

If adults don’t have children, they mustn’t be put off – they will be paired with another adult for the session and they will remain in their pair at all workout stations.

Kettlercise is a class using low weight kettlebells that works the whole body. It is low impact and done at each person’s own pace so it’s suitable for all fitness abilities.

Sports Massage

I am a qualified sports massage therapist with a great track record in injury rehabilitation. As well as offering sports massages to anyone who wants them, if you have training with me, from time to time you may decide to have a massage instead of your exercise session.
