Kettlercise is a class using low weight kettlebells that works the whole body. It is low impact and done at each person’s own pace so it’s suitable for all fitness abilities.

I am a qualified sports massage therapist with a great track record in injury rehabilitation. As well as offering sports massages to anyone who wants them, if you have training with me, from time to time you may decide to have a massage instead of your exercise session.
