A little bit about the owner, Summer Campbell

Summer started dancing at the young age of two.

As a student at Elmhurst Summer performed with the Birmingham Royal Ballet In multiple seasons and gala performances.

Summer then wanted to expand career and was awarded a full scholarship to the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts for further vocational training, specialising in Musical Theatre and Dance. Since graduating Summer has performed professionally around the world performing all genres of dance.

Summer continued her professional development gaining a place as a student teacher with the Royal Academy of dance where she undertook her teacher training. Summer is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and prepares students termly for RAD examinations.

Summer is qualified in Progressing Ballet Techniques and is also an Acrobatic Arts certified teacher. Summer is excited for the Assoluta Dance family to continue to grow and looks forward to passing on her vast amount of knowledge through the love of teaching.

Our dance teaching approach unites with the philosophy of the Royal Academy of Dance ethos, which focuses on the individual child to realise their full dance potential. Classes are designed to maximise your child’s confidence, poise, co-ordination, performance and expression to help children and young adults gain both confidence and self-discipline.

All classes are taken by the principal of the school, Summer Campbell.
